All sales are final, however, we do allow exchanges on items that are damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged item please contact us at 866.684.4805 immediately to discuss the process for filing a damage claim.

To exchange your product you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping if you are exchanging your product. If your product was damaged in transit we will cover shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Booth Masters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry Booth Masters will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with the shipping carrier.
